Shou Mei (寿眉), or “Longevity Eyebrow,” is a later-harvest white tea from Fujian, China, cherished for its gentle sweetness and rich body. Made from mature leaves and a few tender buds, it offers a deeper flavor than most white teas. Naturally sun-withered and minimally processed, Shou Mei delivers a smooth, mellow cup perfect for relaxed sipping. Its golden amber liquor carries subtle floral and fruity notes that evolve with each infusion.
