• Because our teas are seasonal and small-batch, availability can change without notice, and a product may sell out between browsing and checkout.
• Colors, harvest characteristics, and exact appearance may vary slightly from photos, since these are natural agricultural products.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy that product at the listed price. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order — including after payment has been processed — for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel a paid order, we'll issue a full refund.

You agree to provide accurate, current billing and shipping information for every order.

Shipping & Risk of Loss
