Cinnamon Oolong, traditionally known as Rou Gui (肉桂), is a classic Wuyi Rock Oolong celebrated for its naturally warm, cinnamon-like aroma that comes entirely from the tea cultivar and charcoal roasting — not from added cinnamon or botanical blending. Grown among the rocky cliffs of the Wuyi Mountains, this oolong delivers a rich, layered infusion with deep mineral character, notes of spice and caramelized sugar, and a long, sweet finish known as yan yun or “rock rhyme.”
