Bi Luo Chun, meaning "Green Snail Spring", is one of China’s Ten Famous Teas, renowned for its tightly rolled, spiral-shaped leaves resembling tiny snails. Grown in the lush, misty hills of Dongting Mountain, our organic Bi Luo Chun is harvested in early spring, when the young buds are at their peak of tenderness.

The leaves are delicately pan-fired to preserve their silvery down and capture their floral fragrance and fruity sweetness, producing a tea of remarkable freshness and elegance.
