Silver Needle
Description
Silver Needle (Bai Hao Yin Zhen), often called the "king of white teas," is made exclusively from tender, unopened tea buds covered in a fine silvery-white down. Hand-picked in early spring in Fuding and Zhenghe, Fujian Province, it's one of the most prized and delicate white teas in the world.
Processed with a light touch — simply withered and sun-dried, with no rolling or oxidation — Silver Needle preserves the buds' natural sweetness and subtle complexity. The result is a pale golden cup with delicate honey, melon, and floral notes, a silky mouthfeel, and a clean, lingering sweetness. Naturally very low in caffeine, it's a gentle, refined tea perfect for slow, mindful sipping.
